St. Clair Township Residents Are Fighting Back Against Discriminatory Sewer Fees
We are honored to announce that on behalf of our clients Robert Trentman, Dean Wallen, Daniel Varady, and the residents of St. Clair Township we have filed suit against the Village of Swansea for charging and collecting sewer fees that unfairly and unjustifiably discriminate against St. Clair Township. It is our privilege to represent and be the voice for the residents and landowners of the St. Clair Township.
A public meeting will be held Monday at Sierra Park (108 Sierra Drive, Shiloh) at 6 PM to discuss the current status of the situation. All are encouraged to attend.
